Delete account & data
You can delete your Peakora account completely at any time — without giving a reason (GDPR Art. 17).
What gets deleted
- Your user account (email, password hash)
- All data synced on the server (training plan, profile, metrics, chat history)
- Connections to Strava and Polar (access tokens are deleted)
Data stored locally on your device is additionally removed by uninstalling the app. Please cancel active subscriptions beforehand in the respective store (App Store / Google Play) — cancellation is handled by the store, not by the account deletion.
Option 1: In the app
Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm. Done.
Option 2: Directly here (without the app)
Sign in with your credentials — the account will be deleted immediately and irrevocably:

Write to us from your account email at support@peakora.at — we will delete the account within 72 hours and confirm the deletion.
