2. Subject matter

Peakora is a digital training platform for endurance athletes (running, cycling, triathlon). The app creates personalised training plans and offers an AI-powered coach as well as an exercise and recipe library. The service is used via the website app.peakora.at or the mobile app (Android).

3. Accounts & registration

A free account is required to use the service. Registration takes place via email and password or via Google sign-in. The user is responsible for the accuracy of their details. The account is not transferable.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Peakora offers three plans:

Payments are processed via Google Play In-App Purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access remains in place until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the Google Play policies.

5. AI coach

The integrated AI coach generates answers based on a language model (Mistral AI, EU servers). The answers do not constitute medical advice and do not replace a medical diagnosis. In case of health complaints, a medical consultation is always required.

6. Liability

The training plans and recommendations serve as support and do not replace professional advice from qualified coaches or physicians. Use is at your own risk. The provider is not liable for damage resulting from following training plans or advice, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. Data & privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. Training data remains on the user's device and is not passed on to external services, except for route calculation (EU server) and for integration with wearable providers (Strava, Polar) with explicit consent.

8. Cancellation & account deletion

The account can be deleted irrevocably at any time in the app under Settings → Delete all data. Connected third-party providers (Strava, Polar) are disconnected automatically.

9. Changes to these terms

The provider reserves the right to amend these terms. Users are informed of material changes in the app. Continued use is deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Applicable law

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's place of residence in Upper Austria, insofar as legally permissible.
